Robert Mair
Robert has extensive industry experience including venture capital, corporate and consumer banking and technology based businesses. Robert has been involved in a number of business start-ups, turnarounds, restructures, and international expansions and possess skills across finance, accounting, and business management (with a particular focus on business systemisation and commercialisation). In addition to being a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Robert also holds an MBA, a Masters of Accounting and a Diploma of Finance Services (Financial Planning).
Greg Beaver
Greg is a start-up specialist, having been a founder himself with a track record of bringing together the expertise, networks and capital to commercialise innovation. Greg is particularly skilled at go-to-market strategy, leveraging international networks and securing the all-important first major customer for B2B start-ups. Greg has a diverse business background, including executive roles in the transport and logistics industry, and provides invaluable strategic advice and development of successful business models for client organisations. Greg provides strategic planning and advisory services, is a member of the CA Volunteer Business Mentor Network and performs executive level business development roles for a number of client organisations.
John Driscoll
John is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive public practice and general accounting experience, both in Australia and internationally including two years in investment banking in London. John specialises in SME tax structuring, planning and compliance (Income Tax, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax and Stamp Duty), SMSF, BSA Audits, Business valuation for purchase/sale and Company Secretariat. John leverages these skills to provide high quality outsourced CFO services to a number of client organisations.
Support Team
